Note to my girls:

Dear ladies,

You are not, under any circumstances allowed to keep growing up. Tonight for some odd reason I found myself browsing through some old pictures of you, and am almost in tears. If you love me, you will slow down. You will stay little. Adyson, you will stop telling me you think Justin Bieber is cute. (How do you know who he is anyways?) You will wear your jacket, even if it covers up your really cute clothes, and you will start needing me just a little bit more.

And you Miss Sienna, you will stop flirting with Camden at school, you will stop pretending you are texting. You will stop wishing you were as old as your sister, because darn it! You are my baby! You however, are allowed to keep saying perfdeck instead of perfect, and begging me to give you multiple cheek kisses goodnight.

You know that them growing up, means I'm getting old...right?

Start the tears.

I know what you mean! We've been watching old family videos over here, and I just cry.

Don't worry, you're not old until you find a gray hair.

I always tell my kids that I am gonna put them in the microwave so they will stop growing! I know it is dorky, but there are no good answers so I use the microwave and they laugh. Crystal has left me and my heart is aching. I hope she will be okay in the sticks!

I loved walking down your memory lane with you. I think I might need to walk down my memory lane.

I so know how you feel! I had these EXACT thoughts this morning when I was dressing Eva in a hand me down dress of Isa's, and I swear Isa was just wearing that dress...it made me get really sad for a second....And really, remember when 30 seemed ancient?
