Big Girl Bed

When Adyson turned 2 we asked my dad, being the handy man he is, to make Adyson a big girl bed. He did-and of course he did a great job. So we asked him to do the same for Sienna. (They both love that Grandpa made their beds, and I think it makes them unique and special.)

We finally got around to putting the big girl bed up this weekend and getting her room all together. I think it turned out perfect, so Thankyou dad! I'm already thinking of your next project!

Sienna did pretty good for her first night. She layed in their and talked with Minne Mouse for a while and then finally fell asleep. This picture is of her when we woke her up from nap time today. Doesn't she look comfy?

I love the bed, and I love the cute blanket! IT looks just like the bed I want for my boys, but now I am debating if I should get bunk beds or not. Thats awesome she did so well. I am a little jealous, my boys still have bad nights more often then not and end up in my room.

Hayley, I LOVE the bed- Holy crap do I love it! I have a spare bedroom that I am trying to figure out what to do so thanks for the idea. Ady is ADORABLE, she will be a great 'hair doer' like her mom...

I'm finally back to blogging again. Honestly your blog is amazing, you'll have to show me how you do your links and stuff. I just found the Kidmans Kitchen. P.S. I Love You was on about every other hour on the cruise, and I probably watched it 4 times. What a sad, but wonderful love story. It's fun to check up on your family, your girls are so darling and funny.

Her bed is awesome! You are so lucky to have such a talented dad. Ady is seriously the cutest thing! I hope Lexi isn't the one to tell her about tattoos. We had this discussion with her a few months ago!

That is so fun! We just switched Mason's bed. It made me kinda sad that he is growing up so fast! I think I would feel better if you would come help me decorate his room! :-)
