My Girls

Adyson came running into the living room this morning quite proud of herself. She made her bed all by herself (and it about killed me, but I didn't redo it). She put on her new school outfit all by herself. She asked if she could be in charge of Simon and Sienna while I did a hair cut. (I totally let her think she was.) (Till she became very. very. bossy!) She spent half the day playing with friends and is already planning her weekend, and just before I tucked her in asked what she could wear tomorrow. (I didn't start doing that for years to come.)

It's the 3rd day of pre-school and I think she has grown into a 12 year old. I find myself with sadness that she is growing up right before my eyes, to pride that she is doing so much on her own. I hope one day she finds a balance between staying little and acting big.

Sienna is still my baby-but today she learned a new trick. (If you can't tell-she is doing the sign for rock n roll.)
I'm seriously starting to wonder what she is going to be like when she gets older. Lead Guitarist in a chick band is where I'm picturing her right now. This one's always making us laugh!

Your girls are adorable. I think every little girl goes through a bossy stage at some point. I guess they can't help it they are future mommies....lol

I think its sorta bittersweet when they start growing up . . . and it seems these days they grow up so much sooner than we did!

What a couple of cuties! I love their personalities. I bet you have so much fun with them. Hey if you are intrested in the felt party I had its open for another week. I can bring you a catalog or you can check out the website. They have some really cute princess stories and dress up dolls.

im with you on the feeling sad about them growing up too fast. kennadee loves to fold and put her own clothes away, although i enjoy this, it makes me sad she is getting so old, i want her stay little, i miss her so bad when she goes to preschool, if i could, i would homeschool her but i would be terrible at it so lucky for her she gets to go to school.

Okay, so my favorite part of your videos (as I've mentioned before) is the fact that I get to hear you laugh! That is the best!

Allie only goes 2 days and I'm sad. She really likes going and wants to go everyday. I wish I would have put her in a 3 day a week pre-school.

Howdy Hay-
I can't believe how big your girls are. For some reason I see Breje when I look at Ady. They are so stinkin cute! What a beautiful little family, Hay. Rocker Sienna needs some leather. Love ya!
