Memories

I think about 8 of my links have been doing this, and it seems like fun, so here you go.

1. Leave one memory that you and I had together, as a comment on my blog. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.

OK I will give this a try. I came upon your blog while I was blog surfing and I don't remember how I actually came upon it but I remember seeing the cute picture on your header. I began reading your posts and I was instantly hooked. I read it for quite a while. Even though I don't know you personally I am having fun getting to know you on your blog.

Two words. Beauty school. Need I say more? One imparticular is of you rushing to "beat" the time clock quite frequently :)

PS - I would LOVE to do lunch! Let's plan it with all the girls.

One of my memories is after you had Ady. I LOVED when you would bring her in to see us. From day one, your girls have always looks all done up and darling.
Also, when I got to have my own station & it was right next to your's. I felt like I got to know you better...and we could laugh about the sometimes crazy people we would encounter.

My memory with you always leads back a bunch of girls meeting at your house to dress up for 80's day at school. Oh, I totally forgot about the terrets - embarrasing and sad!

SO MANY good times...one in particular is when we made our music video to "don't speak." We had so many sleepovers at your house, I don't know how your parents ever survived us....and then there's always moving pipe and working at R&G's. I loved those days!

Thinking about these things reminds me how much I love you!

My memory of you is being on grams front lawn with great gram and her making pinwheels for us. No one makes them as good as she did!

I can remember when you and I went and stayed at your grandma's house in Brigham. She was so cute to us. We watched closed captioned t.v, ate lots of sandwiches and played lots of Rimacube :)

I mostly remember hanging out with you a few times with Ashley. I have some faint memories of you from middle school too... you were always so cute and popular.

The earliest memory I have of you is when Tyler went on his mission and we all went down together to see him off. I have a picture of all of us at the airport. Then I remember you being so friendly and always saying hi to me in the halls. (I can't remember for sure but did you go down with us when Troy left too?)

All the memories I have with you are with the fam. But the one I will remember the most is when I got to meet you the first time. Rheagen was born. Wow you got off pretty easy. lol Not that we are mean. "well most of us"

Oh and the senior trip was a blast! I remember the meeting that we had at your house before to plan it, and I was thinking "why did I not hang out with these girls more often?" But it's never to late! And I feel like I get to hang out with you ever day by reading your blog. And I'm proud to call you my friend!

I don't even know where to start....um, how about the famous water breaking moment at your house! You are such a great friend and always take such good care of me! I was so scared and you helped ease my mind! I'm just glad I didn't ruin your brand new carpet! :)

The little blond girl that never shut up!!! Hows that? You were always so happy and singing,( and have not changed) even when when Cody, Linsey and Sean made you sit in the corner! You aren't quite as vocal as you used to be, but everyone loves to be around you!

Sorry my memories aren't too distant, mostly getting to come visit you when I was your visiting teacher. I was excited to be able to get to know you because I thought we probably had a lot in common. Then through blogging I disocvered we really have a lot in common. But I have to say my favorite memory is when you called last night to see If I was OK. It just blows me away that you would do that. I can't even concieve of dealing with the trials you have on your plate, and you are calling ME to see if I need anything! You are such an awesome thoughtful person!

We didn't hang out much when we were in high schol but I remember back in middle school you had long curly hair and it was so beautiful I just wanted to reach out and touch a curl and you were always super nice and had a great bubbly personality.

So I remembered, you only came to Tyler's and it was you, me, Rory & Michelle. Its a pretty cute picture actually. I have to say I don't remember you in my seminary class but then again in high school I didn't talk to many people. At ICON I never thought anything less of you because of the whole Greg thing. I don't think I really got that you liked Travis until you were engaged! (dumb I know) I totally remember that day I was sick, everyone thought I was faking because Matt called in sick that day too.

Hi there - I just got your comment from my blog and I was laughing so hard. Thanks for taking the time to post a comment. Your girls were so sweet that day - and Nicole loved having them watch her! I wish I had been a bit more friendly, I was just trying to stay out of your photographers way!! Anyway, I hope our paths cross again sometime! Your girls are beautiful...

Not to totally weird you out, but I think my first memory of you was when we took dance lessons from Kathryn Israelson/Swan(/Idon'tknowwhatitisnow)

We looked hot in tu-tu's.

It is a hard one right? Let's see---all of elementary when we didn't know each other too well, but we felt bonded because we were both named Haylee/Hayley. Then in 5th grade we really got to know each other in Mrs. Jenkins class. Remember our little clique? Ha Ha ha! Remember our obsession over Christian Slater? I heard Bryan Adams a few weeks ago and thought of our obsession with him and how we went to see him in "Robin Hood: Prince of Theives" Then we went to a crazy Halloween Haunted house in the old Smiths(which is now stores I don't even know!) Birthday parties, New Years parties, playing LIFE in your basement, riding our bikes, Then parties in middle school, You dating Garrett Jennings in 9th grade, high school days, in college me getting my hair cut by you.....the list goes on!! I am so glad we are back in touch!!!!

I'll never forget you in beauty school, boy was that a treat. You were always on probation, always primping, always leaving somewhere with Lorinda, and always laughing and smiling!!

I remember being in Chemistry together Mr. Binghams class! I remember thinking how cute and cool you were, some things never change!!! Then of course there is Beauty School! I remember all the fun hair colors on Lorinda. Most of all I am just glad I know you, you're such a doll, and my hair always looks great!!!

holy moly where to start. Most of my memories involve you talking all night so that I couldn't get to sleep and messing up my room -- you were such a pig back then! One of my favs is you and mom coming to visit us in New Mexico and going through so much trouble to see us. and let's face it, so many of the best memories involve us eating fabulous food together!

Look how popular you are. That's probably the memory that comes to mind for me, is you have always, always just been a sweet heart. In High School you were always so nice to everyone...some things never change. P.s. we go walking every morning around 930/10:00, if you ever want to go call me the night before we will swing by your house and pick you up. I try to go every day, my buns need to burn a few calories daily!!!

One of my earliest memories of you was when you brought Ady home from the hospital. I remember coming over and talking to you and Susie. Ady was already a little beauty with her white blonde hair!

So I miss coming up and having you do my hair! I think one of my fav memories is first off you helping me get more and more daring each time and second definantly the sound of you flat iron when you clamp it on my hair ahahahah! I know you'll laugh about that one!

This will be the most random memory of all. I remember a time when we were in 8th grade we were on a field trip and we were both sitting on the back of the bus and I remember thinking, I haven't talked to Hayley in such a long time, that it was cool to actually sit and visit. I'm with you it was nice to reconnect at the KE. It would be fun to get together for a bbq or something.

Remember singing "I'll never get over you getting over me" and all of our different parts? Remember braiding that thread thing with a bead on the end into my hair? Ha ha ha! You are still the sweet heart you were then, I'm so glad we are back in touch!

You and Cindy working at R&G's and her telling me stories about what you guys would talk about! Random I know. Um, just how cute and bubbly you were and how you knew everyone and were friends with everyone (older grades, younger, it didn't matter you were just friends with everyone! You rock:)!

There were so many great high school memories. You guys were always so much fun to hang out with. It's crazy to think how long ago that was.
BTW my sister actually bought that shirt for Ellie at good ol' Wal-Mart!

Sue-I just remember feeling at home at your house, and being totally thrilled to be able to spend the weekend there.

And I remember that for my 16th birthay you took us to Park City, and introduced us to Baja Cantina, and Outlet shopping.

Love you!

I remember the first time I met you at Britt's birthday party when we just itty bitty kids. I thought you were the cutest little girl I had ever met...I think I even told my mom that. You were so nice and smiley. I remember you were friends with Linsey Merrill too and you guys would come and play at my house sometimes. We'd jump on the trampoline and make up stupid dances. I have a few memories of you with Britt too. I thought it was awesome that Britt wore your wedding dress cuz it was the exact same one that I had picked out for me too! (we all have good taste!)

The one that I can think of, besides just seeing you at school and you always being so nice, was when we all went to one of the state basketball games at Weber. I can't remember if we won, but we had a lot of fun!

I remember sitting in the nursery at church when we first moved in thinking I knew you from somewhere and who would have thought that I really did know you! After talking to you and finding out that you were the Hayley that was always at our apartment with my roommates doing hair in our kitchen. oh great memories. Also I think you came country dancing with us too a few times, those were great times!!!

I have a couple little memories, but mostly I just want to say in high school I loved when I was around you. I remember you were just fun if it was pajama day or a school spirit day it was always fun to run into you in the hall those days. You are one person that when I have ran into I don't hide from because I look bad that day, because it's nice to catch up and just see how you are.

I remember the birthday pool party at your house. You had one of those "new" huge pools in your back yard and on that hot day it was nice to cool off. Lots of good times! It has been fun checking in on you. You are such an avid blogger, you inspire me :)
