The Terrible Two' have hit. Hard.
I was thinking that we might escape them being that the little lady is almost 3. But alas, they are here. For the last few weeks Sienna has been a little less than happy when she doesn't get her way, she isn't a fan of the word "No". At times by the end of the day I am about ready to pull my hair out, but then she turns around and says something that makes me laugh my guts out and gives me a sweet little kiss, and I remember it is just a stage...
It is just a stage, right??
If any of you have any ideas on how to survive this, lmk! :)
A few Thank you's:
A friend of mine went to Disneyland a few weeks ago and brought back some fun surprises for the girls, including these fantastic Hannah Montana wigs. We busted them out tonight and just had to smile. Look at Sienna with all that hair! They are just such cuties. Thanks for picking them up for me Natalie!
Also this weekend my Aunt Lois came up for a visit. We don't get to see her very often, and sadly I forgot my camera when I was able to spend the day with her. We are headed to Disneyland in a few weeks (YEAH!) and she brought the girls the most darling Mickey Mouse purses, Valentine Stuffed Animals, and CANDY galore! She is such a kind and thoughtful person and I only wish I got to see her more often! Thank you Lois!
And one more...My darling and Oh-so talented friend Melissa has started making these darling felt Tea-Party cookies and brought some over for the girls. They have had such a fun time playing with them, and it was so thoughtful of you for doing that Melissa! Thanks a bunch.
Gosh I have good friends!

Good luck with the two's. They hit for us a LONG time ago and they are still going strong. I have been doing better though about getting so mad at her. Its hard.
Okay those cookies. I seriously thought they were real at first glance. I thought that you and the girls had made them. They are AWESOME!!!!!
I just got done blogging about my own "terrible two" issues and than saw your blog and laughed! Glad it's not just me ready to kill my kid!! :) But they really can be so sweet as well!
I love those cookies! The two's if you find some advice pass it back to me, because even though mine is going on 4 we are so in the terrible two's. It's a blessing that they at least can be so cute to help us forget how mad we are at them all of the time.
Oh the terrible twos and threes and fours. :) Cute cookies. I'm so excited for you guys for Disneyland. I want to go this year again but I don't think that's going to happen. You girls will LOVE it. you must go to the princess dinner. They get to see all the princesses. It's so worth it! (you have to have reservations)
I swear your girls look like twins with those wigs on! Just so adorable!
I'm praying that Rylee is about out of those terrible twos also. So be strong! I'm still hanging onto a shred of sanity!
Those wigs ROCK! I bet Addy thinks those are so cool. Can I tell you how much I miss her!? I told her teacher that she will love her because she is such a sweetie!
BTW, I am going to bring your flowers by to your house soon. That way your girls can wear them sometime this year! LOL :-)
hmm . . . terrible twos seem to be constant around here. As soon as one grows out of it, the next one starts up :) Good luck! I find that keeping them busy helps . . . sort of!
My sister had a good idea for Disneyland. She bought a bunch of princess/disney stuff before she went. She put something on their pillow every morning. It eliminated having to buy $20.00 souveniers everyday, but they still got fun things!
I'm glad that you liked the cookies! They were made for true princesses!
The terrible two's are at our house also. There are some days I just think I am going to lost my mind!! Hang in there, those kisses and laughs they bring us make us forget!!! Love the cookies, what a smart idea!
Those cookies are darling! I think I might need some! When are we going to get together? Can you still get in to my blog? I haven't heard from you for a while. If not just email or call me (camillewilcock@yahoo.com)
I wanted to eat those cookies. And then I read what they were!
I'm going to need advice from you! Ellie is just reaching the terrible two stage and I'm a little nervous. I'm realizing I don't have a lot of patience as there are many times she stresses me out!
I too love those cookies what a great idea-I just might have to copy!
I think it's the terrible threes (not the two's) So the way I see it, you are just getting started! (Sorry!) I love the felt cookies, I may steal that idea!
BTW, Six Star has adorable Disney princess stuff, and I am going to load up on trinkets and take it with us to surprise my kids with while we are there (and save myself a bundle of money!)
I don't really know what to tell you with the terrible 2's. Bowen actually was harder at 3, but Halle is totally living up to the terrible 2's. Good luck.
Those cookies look yummy enough to eat. I love the picture that Adyson drew of her grandma. That is cute!
Hey I hear we are in charge of some decorations for enrichment? I'll have to give you a ring! Let me know if you have any cute ideas. I have a couple.
Those cookies are the cutest. I want to have a little tea party with them:)
Aren't the two's hard? We are definitely going thru it with G, too. Let me know what works. Have you got any suggestions for 4-year-olds, who still are going thru them? :)
I've decided I can't let you go to Disneyland without me. What time are we leaving?
